Bought a property built by Mark as the third owner. Very quality build. I love the house and all the materials he used to construct it. He had no skin in the game whatsoever but was so kind as to help me with a few questions I had about the house after I moved in. Great guy!

Rippetoe Builders built my house last summer they were vey easy to work with and did an excellent job. Mr Rippetoe always communicated with me about the progress and he did finish the project in the timeframe he had told me from the beginning. This is by far the best experience I have had in building a house. I will definitely be using him for my future projects.

Mr Rippetoe was an exceptional person to work with. He always kept me informed and always allowed me to have input into different parts of the build. I spent a lot of time on site just seeing how things were going and he never seemed to be upset at that which would bother some people. He was fair in price and exceptional in product. I had an unusual build of a three-car garage with an apartment above it and he took the plans and ran with it and even found areas that could be improved from the initial plans. I would definitely recommend him for your next build.
